HISTORY TRUST OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA ACT 1981 - SECT 29

29—Approvals by Treasurer

        (1)         An approval given by the Treasurer under this Act may be—

            (a)         specific or general; and

            (b)         conditional or unconditional.

        (2)         An approval given by the Treasurer may be varied or revoked by the Treasurer at any time.
