South Australian Consolidated Acts45—Penalty for allowing any bull, stallion, colt or ram to be at large
(1) If any bull above
the age of one year is found straying or at large, the owner shall be liable
to a penalty not exceeding two hundred dollars; and if any stallion or colt
above the age of one year is found straying or at large the owner shall be
liable to a penalty not exceeding two hundred dollars; and if any ram above
the age of six months is found straying or at large the owner shall be liable
to a penalty not exceeding eighty dollars.
(2) Such penalties
shall be in addition to all other sums which, under the provisions of this
Act, may become payable for damage by trespass by such bull, stallion or colt,
or ram.
