South Australian Consolidated Acts45A—Duty of supervision in relation to bulls, stallions and rams
(1) The owner of any
bull, stallion or colt above the age of one year, or ram above the age of six
months, shall not keep that bull, horse or ram upon any land within a
prescribed area unless—
(a) the
land is enclosed; and
(b) the
owner, or an agent who is responsible for supervision of the bull, horse or
ram is ordinarily resident on that land, or within 10 kilometres of that land.
Penalty: Five hundred dollars.
(2) The Governor may
make such regulations as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this
section.
