South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts23—Disposal of money recovered in legal proceedings
(1) All money received
or recovered by the Treasurer or the Committee under section 21 or 22
will be paid into the General Revenue of the State.
(2) Any money that the
Treasurer or the Committee becomes liable to pay in or as the result of any
legal proceedings taken under section 22 will be paid by the Treasurer
out of the General Revenue of the State, and this Act without any further
appropriation is sufficient authority for such payment.
