(1) An act or omission
performed or made by, or for the benefit of, the Trust (or an institution
owned or operated by the Trust) before the commencement of this Act that was
not authorised under the repealed Act but that would have been authorised
under this Act had the act or omission occurred after the commencement of this
Act will be taken to have been validly performed or made.
(2) Nothing in
subsection (1) affects any action or proceeding commenced before the
commencement of this Act.
