South Australian Consolidated ActsThe office of a justice becomes vacant—
(a) if
the justice—
(i)
dies; or
(ii)
resigns by written notice to the Attorney-General; or
(iii)
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
(iv)
ceases to satisfy the qualification by virtue of which
the member was eligible for appointment as a justice; or
(v)
is removed from office under this Act; or
(b)
during any period of suspension from office under this Act.
