South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts10F—Assumed day of becoming eligible child
Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary an eligible child, in
respect of whom a pension referred to in section 10 of this Act was
payable immediately before the commencement of the Judges' Pensions Act
Amendment Act 1974 , shall be deemed to have become such a child on that
commencement.
