South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Part or are necessary or
expedient for the purposes of this Part.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the regulations may modify the operation of any provision
of this Act in prescribed circumstances in order to ensure that this Act
operates in a manner that is consistent with, and complementary to, the
requirements of the Family Law Act 1975 of the Commonwealth.
