The proclamation purporting to fix a day as the day on which the Lottery and
Gaming Act Amendment Act 1966 was to come into operation and published in
the Gazette on the 8th day of December, 1966, at page 2152, is hereby
cancelled and shall be deemed never to have been made, and, notwithstanding
section 2 of the Lottery and Gaming Act Amendment Act (No. 2) 1966 , that
Act shall for all purposes be deemed to have come into operation on the eighth
day of December, 1966.
