LOTTERY AND GAMING ACT 1936 - SECT 8

8—Advertising lotteries

No person shall print, exhibit, or publish, or cause to be printed, exhibited, or published, any placard, handbill, card, writing, sign, or advertisement of any lottery, or of any proposal for any lottery.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.
