South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by, or necessary or expedient for
the purposes of, this Part.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of the foregoing, those regulations may—
(a)
prescribe codes of practice to be complied with by landlords and tenants;
(b)
impose penalties (not exceeding a division 10 fine) for breach of, or failure
to comply with, the regulations.
