(1) The Minister must
ensure that a report on the operation of this Part for the period between the
commencement of this Part and 30 June 2002 is prepared by 31 August 2002.
(2) The Minister must,
within six sitting days after receiving the report under this section, have
copies of the report laid before the Houses of Parliament.
