LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1997 - SECT 109

109—Copy of licence to be kept on licensed premises

        (1)         A licensee must keep a copy of the licence, showing all conditions of, and endorsements on, the licence displayed at or near the front entrance to the licensed premises at all times.

        (2)         A person who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

Expiation fee: $1 200.
