(1) The Court may
enter any land or building and carry out any inspection that the Court
considers relevant to a proceeding before the Court.
(2) A person who
obstructs the Court in the exercise of a power of entry or inspection under
this section is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
