LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1997 - SECT 29

29—Requirement to hold licence

A person who sells liquor without being licensed under this Act to do so is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         for a first offence—$20 000;

            (b)         for a second or subsequent offence—$40 000.
