LAW OF PROPERTY ACT 1936 - SECT 105

105—Questions between husband and wife as to property

        (1)         In any question between husband and wife as to the title to or possession of property, either party or any other person interested may apply to the court.

        (2)         The court may make such order with respect to the property in dispute as such court shall think fit.

        (3)         Any order made under the provisions of this section shall be subject to appeal in the same manner as any other order or judgment of the court.

        (4)         Any application under this section may be heard in a private room.

        (5)         If any person other than the husband or wife is the applicant, such person shall in the matter of any such application for the purposes of costs or otherwise be treated as a stakeholder only.
