South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A member of the
Commission incurs no liability for an honest act or omission in the exercise
or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, by the member or
the Commission of a power, function or duty under this Act.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), lie against a member lies instead against
the Commission.
