As soon as practicable after determining whether to grant or refuse an
application for a mining lease, the Minister must—
(a)
provide written notification of the following to each person who made a
written representation in relation to the application (and whose identity and
contact details are known to the Minister):
(i)
the determination;
(ii)
the date of the determination;
(iii)
if a lease has been granted—the terms and
conditions of the lease; and
(b)
cause the determination to be published on a website maintained by the
Department to which the public has access free of charge, together with, if a
lease has been granted, a copy of the lease.
