subsection (3), special leave may be granted with or without
remuneration, and for any period that the Chief Magistrate thinks fit.
(3) A stipendiary
magistrate is not entitled to more than three working days remunerated special
leave in any financial year unless the Governor has consented to the grant of
the leave.
(4) Special leave
without remuneration shall count as service for the purposes of this Act only
to such extent (if any) and for such purposes (if any) as may be determined by
the Governor.
