The jurisdiction of the Court to hear and determine minor civil actions is to
be exercised—
(a)
subject to paragraph (b), by the Civil (Minor Claims) Division;
(b) in
the case of minor civil actions falling within a statutory jurisdiction
specifically assigned to the Civil (Consumer and Business) Division, by that
Division.
