MENTAL HEALTH ACT 2009 - SECT 111

111—Review of Act

The Minister must, within 4 years after the commencement of this Act or any provision of this Act—

            (a)         cause a report to be prepared on the operation of this Act; and

            (b)         cause a copy of the report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
