South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts11—Power to dispense with compliance with any Act or by-law
(1) The Governor may
by regulation dispense with, suspend or vary, so far as is necessary for the
carrying out or giving effect to the Indenture any provision of an Act,
by-law, rule or regulation or other provision having the force of law (under
whatever authority made) and which in the opinion of the Governor prevents or
impedes or would prevent or impede the carrying into effect of the Indenture
and any such regulation shall apply and have effect as if it were enacted in
this Act.
(2) The Governor may
from time to time by regulation revoke or vary any regulation made under
subsection (1) of this section and that revocation or variation shall
have effect as if it were enacted in this Act.
