MOBIL LUBRICATING OIL REFINERY (INDENTURE) ACT 1976 - SECT 9

9—Entitlement to draw water

Notwithstanding any Act or law to the contrary, the Company may draw water from the sea at any place adjacent to the refinery site, as defined in the Oil Refinery (Hundred of Noarlunga) Indenture Act 1958 , and use such water for cooling and other purposes of the lube refinery.
