In sections 113 and 115 the expression "a person who could have obtained
a judgment in respect of that death or bodily injury includes a tortfeasor
against whom a claim has been made in respect of that death or bodily injury
and who is entitled to recover contribution in respect of it from some other
person pursuant to Part 3 of the Wrongs Act 1936 .
