The registered owner or the registered operator of a motor vehicle must, on
request by the Registrar or an authorised officer, provide to the Registrar or
authorised officer such evidence of the design, construction, maintenance,
safety or ownership of the vehicle as is required by the Registrar or
authorised officer.
Maximum penalty: $750.
