South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The parties to an
arbitration are—
(a) the
proponent and respondents to the access proposal; and
(b) any
other person who has, in the regulator's opinion a material interest in the
outcome of the arbitration and is nominated by the regulator as a party to the
arbitration; and
(c) any
other person who is joined by the arbitrator as a party to the arbitration.
(2) However, a party
whose interests are unlikely to be materially affected by the outcome of the
arbitration may, by leave of the arbitrator, withdraw from the arbitration.
