South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts9A—Regulator to report to Minister
(1) The regulator
must, on or before 30 September in every year, forward to the Minister a
report of the work carried out by the regulator under this Act for the
financial year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2) The Minister must,
within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under subsection (1),
have copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
