RETAIL AND COMMERCIAL LEASES ACT 1995 - SECT 5

5—This Act overrides leases

        (1)         This Act operates despite the provisions of a lease.

        (2)         A provision of a lease or a collateral agreement is void to the extent that the provision is inconsistent with this Act.
