The following are not personal property for the purposes of the Personal
Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth:
(a) a
Special Tenement;
(b) a
right, entitlement or authority granted by or under this Act that is of a kind
declared by the regulations not to be personal property for the purposes of
the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
