South Australian Consolidated Acts7—Offence—breaching a licence condition
(1) A person commits
an offence if the person intentionally engages in conduct, knowing that the
conduct contravenes a condition of a licence that applies to the person under
this Act, or reckless as to whether the conduct contravenes a condition of
such a licence.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years.
(2) In this
section—
"engage in conduct" means—
(a) do
an act; or
(b) omit
to perform an act.
