easement is intended to be created or transferred, the registered proprietor
shall execute a transfer in the appropriate form, which transfer shall, for
the description of the land intended to be dealt with, refer to the
certificate of such land, or shall give such description as may be sufficient
to identify the same, and shall contain or have endorsed thereon a memorandum
of all leases, mortgages, and encumbrances to which the land shall be subject,
and an accurate statement of the estate or interest intended to be transferred
or created.
