South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Tribunal may
punish a contempt as follows:
(a) it
may impose a fine not exceeding $2 000; or
(b) it
may commit to prison until the contempt is purged subject to a limit (not
exceeding 6 months) to be fixed by the Tribunal at the time of making the
order for commitment.
(2) The powers
conferred by this section may only be exercised by a member of the Tribunal
who is legally qualified.
