South Australian Consolidated Acts100—Gazette to be evidence in certain cases
The production of the Government Gazette, or of any printed document
purporting to be a copy thereof, published by authority or printed by the
Government Printer for the said State, and containing any regulations
purporting to be regulations made under the authority of this Act, and any
notice purporting to be published by the Minister or the Corporation in
pursuance of this Act, shall, in all legal proceedings, be deemed and taken to
be prima facie evidence of the publication, and of all such facts and
circumstances as were or are necessary to authorise the publication and making
of the said regulations and the publication and giving of the said notice.
