South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts97—Recovery of moneys due to Corporation
(1) If any person
refuses or neglects to pay to the Corporation any sewerage rate or other sum
of money due by that person to the Corporation under this Act, the Corporation
may sue for and recover the same in any court of competent jurisdiction, as a
debt due to the Corporation.
(2) The Corporation's
remedy under this section shall be in addition to the other remedies for the
recovery thereof.
