(1) The
Surveyor-General and the Institution of Surveyors are entitled to be joined as
parties to any proceedings of the Court under this Act.
(2) The
Surveyor-General may appear personally in any such proceedings or may be
represented at any proceedings by counsel or a person employed in the Public
Service.
