(1) The
Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation is to be appointed by the
employing authority on terms and conditions determined by the employing
authority.
(2) However, the
employing authority must consult with the Corporation before appointing a
person as Chief Executive Officer or removing a person from office as
Chief Executive Officer.
(3) The
Chief Executive Officer is, subject to the control of the Corporation,
responsible for the management of the operations of the Corporation.
