control crowds to take part in psychological assessment
The Commissioner may, for the purpose of determining whether the holder of a
security agents licence that authorises the licensee to perform the function
of controlling crowds is a fit and proper person, by notice in writing,
require the licensee to attend at a specified time and place for the purpose
of taking part in an approved psychological assessment.
