(1) The Corporation
shall receive and recover all fees, dues, and charges, prescribed or
otherwise, payable under this Act or under any regulations made in pursuance
of the powers herein contained.
(2) The receipt of the
secretary or other person duly authorised by the Corporation for the purpose
shall be a sufficient discharge for the moneys received, and all penalties
under this Act and the regulations shall, when recovered, be paid to the
Corporation.
