South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board or, with
the approval of the Minister, the presiding member, may establish committees
(which may, but need not, consist of or include members of the Board) to
advise or assist the Board or the presiding member.
(2) The functions and
procedures of a committee established under subsection (1) will be as
determined by the Board or, in the case of a committee established by the
presiding member, by the presiding member with the approval of the Minister.
