SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TIMBER CORPORATION ACT 1979 - SECT 14

14—Delegation by the Corporation

        (1)         The Corporation may delegate to any person any of its powers or functions under this Act.

        (2)         Any delegation by the Corporation shall be revocable at will and shall not derogate from the power of the Corporation to act itself in any matter.
