South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may,
on the recommendation of the Board, make such regulations as are contemplated
by this Act or as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may—
(a)
provide for matters of a saving or transitional nature consequent on
amendments made to this Act, including matters that relate to the subjects,
patterns of study and other requirements associated with obtaining
certification of achievements for the purposes of a qualification awarded by
the Board under this Act;
(b)
provide for and regulate fees to be charged for goods or services provided by
the Board and provide for the waiving or reduction of such fees.
(3) The regulations
may confer discretionary powers on the Board.
