South Australian Consolidated Acts109—Appointment of other officers
(1) The court shall
have such other officers as are necessary for the administration of justice
therein, and for the due execution of the judgments, decrees, orders, and
processes thereof.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), no such other officer will be appointed except on the
recommendation of the Chief Justice.
(3) The associates to
the judges will be appointed and may be removed from office by the Chief
Justice, but otherwise will be subject to the Courts Administration
Act 1993 in the same way as other staff of the court appointed under that
Act.
