South Australian Consolidated Acts2—Removal of certain disqualifications arising on account of sex
(1) A person shall not
be disqualified by sex or marriage from being appointed as, or from performing
the duties and exercising the functions of—
(a) a
public notary; or
(b) a
justice of the peace.
(2) This Act shall
have the same effect as if it had come into operation on the sixth day of
July, 1915.
