SUCCESSION DUTIES ACT 1929 - SECT 19A

"19A—" "Donatio Mortis Causa to vest in administrator

All property the subject-matter of a gift by way of a donatio mortis causa shall, upon the death of the donor, vest in the administrator until the duty shall have been paid and shall have been refunded to the administrator.
