SUCCESSION DUTIES ACT 1929 - SECT 4E

4E—Non-application of this Act to the estates of persons who die on or after 1/1/80

This Act does not apply to or in relation to—

            (a)         property derived, or deemed to be derived, from a deceased person who dies on or after the first day of January, 1980; or

            (b)         the administrator of the estate of any such deceased person in his capacity as the administrator of that estate.
