STATE LOTTERIES ACT 1966 - SECT 18A

18A—Accounts and audit

        (1)         The Commission must cause proper accounts to be kept of its financial affairs.

        (2)         The Auditor-General may at any time, and must at least once in each year, audit the accounts of the Commission.
