STATE LOTTERIES ACT 1966 - SECT 18AA

18AA—Appeals

        (1)         A participant in a lottery conducted after the commencement of this section who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Commission that a ticket in the lottery held by the participant is not a winning ticket may appeal to the Administrative and Disciplinary Division of the District Court against the decision.

        (2)         An appeal under this section must be lodged within one month of—

            (a)         the date on which the Commission's decision is made; or

            (b)         if the Commission's decision is published—the date of publication.
