STOCK MORTGAGES AND WOOL LIENS ACT 1924 - SECT 32

32—Repeal of Act

        (1)         After the registration commencement time, the Governor may, by proclamation, fix a date for the repeal of this Act.

        (2)         On the date fixed under subsection (1), this Act is repealed.
