(1) A defendant who
has been arrested under a warrant must be brought before the Court.
(2) If it is not
practicable to deal immediately with the matter for which the defendant has
been brought before the Court, the Court may remand the defendant in custody,
or on bail, to appear before the Court at a time and place fixed in the order
for remand.
