(1) The Stony Point
Environmental Consultative Group established pursuant to clause 81 of
the Indenture shall, not later than a date stipulated by the Minister of
Environment and Planning, in each year present to that Minister a report on
the work of the Consultative Group during the previous financial year.
(2) The Minister of
Environment and Planning shall, as soon as practicable after his receipt of a
report presented to him under subsection (1), cause a copy of the report
to be laid before each House of Parliament.
